Direct-Current drive skid-mounted land oil drilling rig

The DC drive drilling rig, equipped with DC motor-driven drawworks, rotary table and mud pump, is used for land drilling or offshore and ultra-deep well drilling work.

Performance Characteristics:

l  Adoption of new type AC-SCR-DC electricity driving technology contributes to realizing the four shifts variation of drawworks, rotary table and mud pump, which shows excellent drilling performance.

l  Parallelogram shape wholly lifted substructure, depending on the power of drawworks to wholly lift to position, is classified into two types, slingshot and swing up, which realize low-level installation of both the upper-floor equipment and the mast.

l  Two types of brake are available for the drawworks’ main brake, i.e. Hydraulic disc brake and band brake. Eddy current brake and pneumatic disc brake are optional for drawworks’ auxiliary brake.

l   Two drive modes are ready for rotary table: one is compound drive with power from drawworks, the other one is independent drive powered by one single motor.

l  Independent driller’s cabin is equipped for each DC drive drilling rig, where all the pneumatic, electric and hydraulic control and drilling instruments are in unitary lay-out. Logical control, monitoring and protection operation of the whole drilling courses are realized through PLC and the data reserving, while printing and teletransmission can be completed at the same time.

l  Overall moving devices and walking equipments are available to meet the requirements of moving between well sites when drilling cluster well.
